Instructions for Applicants

  • Please read the Rules on applying for membership and all other sections on Membership Information prior to completing this form
  • Applicants for Affiliate, Corporate and Retired Membership must complete the form below
  • Applicants for Associate Membership must complete the Online Application for Associate Members
  • Applicants for Accredited Membership must already be ACAA Associate Members and can login to Upgrade to Accredited Membership
  • Please provide a unique contact email address, our system does not support shared emails – FREE email addresses are available at or
  • Please read the Guidelines for Proposers and Seconders for Application for ACAA Membership. Proposer and Seconder must be financial members of Association of Consultants in Access, Australia Inc.
  • Please include all supporting documentation, (your Proposer and Seconder form , your CV, written references and any other relevant information) in one .zip file and upload in the document upload field on the form.
  • Incomplete applications cannot be processed - please provide answers to all questions in full
  • This application must be paid for on submission by valid credit card. The application will not process if the card is not valid or is unfunded.
